Project 02
Marine Animal
Forest Modeling
Marine Animal Forests support biodiversity, provide nursery habitats for important fish species, and contribute to biomass productivity in coastal ecosystems.

This project focuses on modelling vulnerable marine ecosystems (specifically marine animal forests) to assess the ecosystem services they provide to fisheries and broader coastal communities.

By creating habitat maps and conducting fisheries analysis, we aimed to quantify the socio-ecological value of these threatened reef systems.

Fisheries habitat and ecosystem services assessment, GIS Mapping, ROV data analysis, multidimensional statistics.
